MSF-Coaching Staff

MSF-Coaching Staff are carefully selected for their soccer knowledge, passion for the game and ability to communicate with youth. Every staff member is educated through our in-house "Total Football" education system. This system includes the various elements of training youth soccer players at all ages, levels and backgrounds.

MSF is inspired by the top professional youth development systems that exist in Europe today! Ajax of Amsterdam, Arsenal of London and Barcelona of Spain are the "main 3" developmental programs used in creating our curriculums. MSF believes that knowledge of these great programs is simply not enough.

"This is what makes MSF so different. MSF-Coaching Staff understand how to translate the elite level knowledge coming out of these great European Systems to American Youth Soccer Players. There are cultural differences that divide European Youth from American Youth. By focusing on the principles and offering them to a young aspiring American Player the way we do opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for them and that is what we love to do!"

ANDREW BRADHAM - Executive Director & Master Coach

I started My Soccer Fitness in 2007 to help young aspiring soccer athletes improve their game. My passion is to empower the individual to perform at their very best, game in and game out! My Coaching Education and Playing Experience have led me to create the MSF Coaching Philosophy; one of highly intense technical, tactical, physical and mental training. After completing 2 years of collegiate soccer at Liberty University, I transferred and played for the Clemson Tigers. My professional experience spans over 3 years and includes teams spanning across the United States from Georgia to Minnesota. Players taking advantage of the MSF-Training Program will improve and enjoy the game at a higher level!

KAYLEIGH BRADHAM-Director of Fitness

MSF’s focus on fitness is what allows us to produce & develop COMPLETE soccer players.  As Fitness Director of the program, my passion for and expertise in the fields of Exercise and Sport Science, Personal Training and Group Fitness allow me to guide our staff in providing professional physical oversight of all players coming through the program. Injury prevention, effectively bringing players back from injury, and tailoring workouts specifically for soccer players are SO essential and exactly what I help MSF provide for its players!!  Whether a player’s working with an MSF Coach in a personal training, small group training or club team training scenario, I help ensure players get all they can out of theirMSF workout & training session!

MEAGAN BRADHAM-Head Coach & Trainer

Growing up in the triangle club system, I experienced first-hand, the barriers youth soccer players come up against in their development. Moving into the college scene, I earned a greater understanding of how vital it is to receive excellent training from an early age to be successful at the next level. Differentiating the style of training to target female soccer athletes is my specialty. It is my great pleasure to pass on my knowledge and love for the game to MSF youth.

GREG DESLOGE-Director of Personal/Small Group Training

Growing up in a family of soccer players, it only seemed natural to pursue my dream of becoming a soccer coach and trainer once graduating college. Passing on my knowledge of the game and communicating effectively with the youth allows the players I train to excel at a high rate of speed.  Whether it be training a player individually or attending a tournament for one of my teams, it is my dedication and commitment to the MSF Philosophy that encourages the players to take it to the next level. Joining the MSF team has given me the opportunity to motivate, educate, and mentor youth soccer players throughout the triangle.

DAVID GRANT- Director of Goalkeeping

During the later part of my collegiate soccer career, I gained an interest in sharing my soccer knowledge with youth soccer players. My passion for the game and ability to communicate my knowledge of goalkeeping, has led me to the position I am in today as the MSF Director of Goalkeepers. Through my extensive coaching education, I have had the ability to learn from some of the top goalkeeper coaches in the country. It is that knowledge that I am looking forward to sharing with young motivated goalkeepers. Since moving to the Triangle area, I have noticed a need for goalkeeper coaching throughout many of the youth programs. I am excited to educate and lead the MSF goalkeepers and aspiring young keepers outside the program!
